Our Landscape Refresh Packages are the fastest way to boost curb appeal and give your property a fresh, clean look. We handle everything — delivery, installation, and cleanup — so you can enjoy a beautiful yard without the work. Choose from three package options to match your style and budget: Standard – $125 Includes 4 premium plants (1-gal) + 1 small tree (3-gal) with fresh mulch installation. Perfect for adding seasonal color and a quick refresh. Premium – $195 Includes 6 premium plants (3-gal) + 1 medium tree (7-gal) with fresh mulch installation. Larger plants for a fuller, more established look. Deluxe – $295 Includes 8 premium plants (3-gal) + 1 large tree (15-gal) with fresh mulch installation. Maximum impact and instant transformation. All plants are sourced from trusted local growers. Sizes are based on package selection, and substitutions may be made with plants of equal value depending on seasonal availability. Mulch installation covers purchased plants only.

Booking & Yard Size Policy We get it — not everyone knows their exact yard size. No problem. When booking lawn maintenance, simply select the option that feels closest. We’ll confirm everything on-site before starting. If your yard is larger or more overgrown than expected, we’ll apply your payment toward the correct service and get your approval before continuing. No guesswork. No hidden fees. No wasted trips. What Happens If It’s Undersized? If you book a Small Yard but we arrive and it’s a Full Property Recovery: You’ll be credited your original payment We’ll let you know the correct service tier and any price difference You decide whether to upgrade on the spot, reschedule, or cancel We’ll never surprise you with an upcharge without notice. Our No-Show & Access Policy Please ensure we have access to the yard (gates unlocked, pets inside). If we arrive and can’t perform the service due to blocked access or no response, a $25 no-show fee may apply. Terms & Conditions: Access Requirements Customers must ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on scheduled service days. If we are unable to access the yard, no refund will be issued for that visit. Service Area & Limits Standard pricing covers up to 1/2 acre and one dog. Larger properties or multiple dogs may require additional fees. Weather & Rescheduling Heavy rain, dangerous weather, or unsafe yard conditions (e.g., aggressive dogs or flooding) may cause a delay. We will reschedule as soon as possible. Waste Removal All pet waste is removed from the property and disposed of properly off-site. Missed Visits Missed service due to customer responsibility (locked gates, loose dogs, etc.) will not be refunded but can be rescheduled once per month if requested. Payments & Cancellation Monthly payments are due in advance. This is a no-contract service — cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. Health & Safety Excessively hazardous yards (e.g., sharp debris, overwhelming odor, visible pests) may result in suspension or termination of service.
