All payments are final once a service is completed.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation and service performed.
Deposits for large projects (e.g., mulch, sod, or clean-ups) are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.
